I think there's more than one programs. One skinner, one coder.. Or i dont now. I cant use them.

But yes, you can change anything, but it will maybe has some bugs ingame. You can make animals, plants or objects bigger, smaller, have longer neck(animal), can make more fences, and more stuff.

Look at www.zootycoonabc.de there's you can learn how to change things in the game or create things yourself. you need many programms for that.
