I hate how you can not make real looking cages or they will get upset, by having to much stuff inside the cage.

I hate having to make te exibit exactly how the animals like them. And i really dont like not being able to go into zoo guest mode. I also dislike the 2-d perspective of the game. Although if it wasnt for ZT1 there wouldnt be ZT2 so im glad zt1 has been made

the terrain is the most annoying feature ever in zt1. its almost impossible to make mixed exhibits and you eventually have to replace trampled terrain

I hate it: a) that you have to get the exhibit EXACTLY right or the animal will complain
b) that you HAVE to place an animal inside an exhibit, I wanted free-roaming peacocks!

I agree with mongoose. I hated the trampled terrain in the original ZT: I found it hard to find. Fortunately, there was no more trampled terrain in the expansions DD and MM.

I also dislike how the guests are so impatient, get tired so easily and only visit 3-4 animals and their exhibits instead of exploring the whole zoo...
