My favorite is ES. It added the most to the gameplay in my opinion. I love the vehicles, and the species mix of those added for ES was really great too.

I enjoy MM because of the aquatic life and it started indoor buildings. But I also enjoy EA because I am a fan of extinct animals. I like AA the least because it didn't add much to the game.

Everyone seems to enjoy ES the most, and I can see why. Don't forget people that you can talk about fanmade expansions as well. More stuff from IE was released and it is already getting good.

For official XPs, I like ES the best. Like others have said, it added the most to gameplay and had some cool animals like the Javan Rhino. I also liked some of the animals in AA.
I like EA the least. I am not too much into dinos, and some of the other extinct animals were a waste. Did we really need a giant camel or giant hog. Would have been nice if they included some recently extinct animals.
For user XPs, that it a little tougher to call. There have been many good user xps in development, that never get released. Smaller premium type packs are better. I have an African River pack that is pretty cool.

Marine Mania and at close second, Endangered Species for its Elevated Pathways, interesting animals and tours.
Why Marine Mania? The addition of underwater diving, swimming with certain animals, tank walls and shows. Oh and let's not forget the large amount of interesting marine animals!
As for UXP's, either Miraqua's (Sophie, Dennis and Ruben) Obsessional Ocean and Spectacular Shows, or Island Excursions.
Miraqua made an outstanding XP with Obsessional Ocean - The quality of their marine animals was among the best I've seen, not forgetting the awesome objects they made to go with them! Spectacular Seas also remains one of my favorites due to the objects featured in it, such as the Sea World inspired tank walls.
I only got Island Excursions today and I have to say, I love it. The foilage, objects, buildings and items are just mind-blowing. Some of the stuff in IE is, in my opinion, better quality than what Blue Fang made!
